Postcodes are not loading for me / postcodes are blank
First, please try doing a Hard Refresh, which is different to a regular browser refresh as it clears the browser’s cache. This is detailed in this original FAQ article: I'm having trouble loading the site.
Please visit https://www.detectadblock.com/ to see if you're blocking ads, if you are you'll need to amend your adblock settings to whitelist Pick my Postcode. These are settings on your device/browser - not on the website, so we cannot do anything from our side I am afraid.
Then, please try opening an incognito or private window in your browser and then head back to our site.
If you are a Firefox user and have their 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' set to 'Strict', it causes our website to break. It should be set to 'Standard' instead, for postcodes to be revealed. To find this setting, open up the hamburger menu in top right and go to Settings / Privacy &Security.
Also, please check the Plugins or Extensions in your browser. Some ad blocks may break the site, the same goes for antiviruses. It's best to whitelist/disable these types of Plugins /Extensions for our site. If by disabling them, the site works again, then it was that which was causing the issue.
Some members have found that a Plugin /Extension called "DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials" was blocking our site and when this is was disabled PMP worked for them.
Your browser may not have the same Plugin but through a process of elimination, disabling one Plugin or Extension and then trying our site again, you may find that disabling a specific one enables the site to work again. For example, others have found that the extension "Hush" also automatically declines any additional cookies and causes parts of our site to be blank.
