I don't have/want a PayPal account...

The reason we send money via PayPal is so that you do not have to enter your bank details onto yet another website.  If you do not have a PayPal account connected to the email you register with then you will receive an email from PayPal explaining what you need to do to get your money.

If you would like to set up a PayPal account please head to https://www.paypal.com and follow the instructions there. It is free to use and should only take a few minutes!

Or we could send your winnings to a trusted friend or family member via PayPal, for them to transfer to you.

If you really don't want to sign up to PayPal, please get in touch with us (admin@pickmypostcode.com) and ask for the winnings in the form of an E-Voucher or eGift Card. We use the company Gift Pay ( https://www.giftpay.co.uk/business/) to purchase them, they email it to you, you log onto their site and then choose where you want to spend your winnings from their selection of retailers.

If you don't want an E-Voucher we can transfer the money to your bank account but please be aware we charge a £25 fee for this service. This is due to the fact that only Chris, our founder has access to the business' bank account and he is very busy. We encourage people to consider setting up a PayPal account as their site is secure and sending us bank account information over email is not very secure.
