What if I don't see a collect button?

You will see a collect button if:

1)  You had registered and validated before the draw.

2)  Your postcode was exactly the same as the winning postcode at the time of the draw.

3)  Your account had not become  dormant / you were not in Holiday Mode.

If the above are true then please check you are logged in with your account and then contact us for further help if this does not resolve it.
