How do I claim if my postcode wins?
If your postcode wins any of the draws you'll see a collect button appear.
Once you have claimed the PMP team are notified of your email address, win amount and bonus at the time of the claim. Excluding the £5 Flash Draw which doesn't include the bonus. Payments are made via PayPal's Send Money service to your email address. *
Please note: You must have visited the site in the last 14 days to be eligible to claim.
The Stackpot draw and Mini Draw are first-come-first-served, so if you are unable to claim, it's likely you were pipped to the post by your neighbour!
Please note that changing your postcode to a winning postcode after a draw has taken place will not make you eligible to claim a win. The system will only allow accounts who were active and had the postcode on their account at the time the draw took place, claim a win. The Rules state: "Once the lottery draw has been made, those who have already registered the drawn postcode are eligible to ‘Collect’. Registering a postcode after it has been drawn does not entitle you to collect for that draw."
* PayPal sometimes asks for a recipient's first and last name / surname. This is a security measure to make sure that senders know who they are sending money to, to make sure they are not being scammed. We might have to email you to ask you your name before we can send your winnings to you. We will contact you from admin@pickmypostcode.com and it might land in your spam or junk folder.
