I've unsubscribed, why am I still receiving emails?

The 'unsubscribe' link takes you to your account page where you can review your notification settings in 'My Account' - 'Notifications' https://pickmypostcode.com/account/notifications/. You can also visit this page directly.

We have multiple options for notifications, which is why the unsubscribe link takes you to your account, so that you can head to the Notifications page and review them all. This is in accordance with the ICO (Pick Media Ltd are Registered Data Controllers with them), to provide opt out options for all notification types.

Unsubscribing from one doesn't unsubscribe you from all. If you have unsubscribed from the daily reminder emails, the others may still be ticked/turned on. You may still receive the dormant warning email, for example.

You have the chance to review them and to decide which you want to opt in and out of in your account.
